    Hi anonymous userD-6363
May I know which version of Azure Storage Explorer are you using?

    Delete this folder: "C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local.IdentityService"
After deleting when you launch storage explorer you will be prompted to re-enter your credentials.

If abv does not solve then use below step
Delete data from "%appData/StorageExplorer" folder or entire folder from your machine.

The uninstall process does not remove all of the files in the local storage, and so I found that on Windows at least if I uninstall MASE and remove the folders that are in C:\Users[username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer and reinstall the Azure Storage Explorer latest version

    Hello JD,

    My version is v1.17.0

    Option 1 - Delete this folder: "C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local.IdentityService"
I already googled and tried before posting, it didn;t help.

Option 2: to completely over-ride all the issues with folders, I installed a fresh copy on a new laptop, where no Azure storage explorer was present. This didn;t help either.

Basically, I am stuck and can't do anything with Storage explorer.
Thanks for your help and perhaps need further trouble-shooting.

    Regards,
    Barani !

    Same sitiation here.

Installed and re-installed and cleaned and re-cleaned, all to no avail.

I login with my organizational account (MFA enabled), then I go into the loop prompting me to login with my MS (personal) account.

I deleted this MS account, and now I get a somewhat expected 'something went wrong' message.

    Version 1.18.1

To enter this answer I successfully used my organizational account...
