I can see from the errorlog that you are running into a known issue where Windows 11 reports a disk-sector size that SQL Server chokes on.

Microsoft has published the article Troubleshoot errors related to system disk sector size greater than 4 KB that provides workarounds for this problem.

Hello - I am answering simply based on the Error message and will be able to answer in english. Sorry about that.

The error code -2061893606 you are encountering while installing SQL Server 2022 Developer Edition usually occurs when SQL Server fails to start its configuration tasks. To resolve this issue, you can follow these steps:

Check the SQL Server Error Log: You can find more information in the error log. The error log is usually located in the directory C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL16.SQLEXPRESS\MSSQL\LOG\ERRORLOG.

Clean Up the SQL Server Installation: Clean up the failed SQL Server installation and download the SQL Server 2022 installation file from the official Microsoft website. Run the installation file as an administrator.

Change the Account Name for the Database Engine Service: During the installation, change the account name for the database engine service to NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE and proceed with the installation.

Use the Windows Installer Troubleshooter: You can run the "Fix problems that programs cannot be installed or uninstalled" troubleshooter to automatically fix issues related to the Windows Installer service.
