Hi,
I have completed all modules but it shows I only have done 18/20. Can someone please clarify why this is happening?

Thanks for replying. Yes, I was doing the technical training for my student ambassador plan. I believe this is due to the exercises not being completed. However, I have done the exercise from my university directory in Azure, not from my student Ambassador directory. I tried to switch the subscription to my student ambassador directory, but the plan's policy won't allow me to do this.
