Unable to Validate Phone Number During Microsoft Azure Sign-In

I am encountering an issue while signing in to Microsoft Azure. During the phone number verification step, I receive the message: "We’re unable to validate your phone number."

Steps I have already tried:

  • Re-entering the correct phone number.
  • Verifying that my phone number is active and capable of receiving messages.
  • Attempting the process on different browsers and devices.

Despite these efforts, the issue persists, and I am unable to complete the sign-in process. Could you please help me resolve this? If further information is needed, I will provide it.

Unfortunately I was also unable to create a ticker to the Azure support because of another error which I am facing from time to time on different Microsoft pages
