I suggest if you still have access to your old phone, then please enable the backup (if not) to your personal account and then click on 'Restore from backup' after installing the authenticator app in your new phone.
NOTE -> Please make sure that you configure additional sign in methods (phone message, email, etc) for this personal account so that you could sign in easily in your new phone while restoring your data.

and then navigate to -
