How to Reschedule the PL-200 Exam if You Couldn't Take It Despite Logging In

I was scheduled to take PL 200 On Saturday 21 December. the exam was set for 7:45 Am (EST). I was logged in and passed all the security checks and prerequisite and got as far as speaking with the procter. however, I was unable to write the exam as the exam diddnt drop, this happened several times on the day of the exam

I got a call from + 617 379 0635, after about 45 minutes of trying, the lady who spoke said she was going to revoke the exam and i should reschedule.

Please id like some help in rescheduling this exam
