Is the DLRM(Dynamic Link Rate Management) feature applied to Windows11 24H2 inbox driver?

I'd like to check whether the DLRM feature is applied to Windows11 24H2 inbox driver.

As I know, MS will add the DLRM(Dynamic Link Rate Management) feature to the latest inbox driver of Windows11 24H2.

By DLRM, we can save power by adjusting PCIe data link from GEN1 to GEN5 dynamically according to application.

I'd like to check whether the DLRM feature is applied to Windows11 24H2 inbox driver.
