    @Kashan Ali

    Here are a few steps you can take to try and resolve this issue:

    1. Check your Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable.
    2. Sign In: Make sure you are signed in to both Outlook and Teams with the same account.
    3. Permissions and Settings:
      • In Teams, go to Settings > Permissions and ensure that necessary permissions are granted.
      • In Outlook, go to File > Options > Add-ins and make sure the Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Office is enabled.
    4. Update Software: Ensure both Teams and Outlook are updated to the latest versions.
    5. Clear Cache:
      • For Teams: Close Microsoft Teams. Then, delete the contents of the Teams cache directory, which can usually be found at %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\Cache.
      • For Outlook: You can clear the cache by navigating to the Outlook cache files and deleting them, usually found at %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook.
    6. Restart: Sometimes, a simple restart of your computer and re-launching both Outlook and Teams can resolve issues.
