- Enable the application: In the Azure portal, log in with an administrator account and navigate to Azure Active Directory > Enterprise Applications > Microsoft Teams. Make sure the "Allow users to sign in" option is enabled. (Or turn it off and enable it again)
- Configure licenses: In the Microsoft 365 admin center, make sure that the license permissions for Teams have been assigned to the user.
