To remove emails address from Teams.

Please i need your help on this issue.

One of my customer want to remove emails address from Teams.

The user uses mac, we have checked from the admin portal and there isn’t any smtp address or alias.

In Microsoft Accounts, you can edit the account aliases you use to sign in and remove any you don't need.

Then open Microsoft Teams, click "···" next to your profile picture and select "Settings". Select "Privacy".

Manage how people can find you

Manage how people find your profile on Teams by choosing which email addresses and phone numbers appear in searches.

Your profile

Manage what contact information people see when they view your profile card.

Have you checked the user SMPT address from the exchange online portal ?
