How to fix when trying to sign in "Hang on a minute while we sign you out" on the xbox website

I can not sign in to the xbox website on my computer. I put in my email and password but then it says "Hang on a minute while we sign you out". This has been a thing for about 2 months and i have contacted Microsoft support many times but it always puts it to a bot who does not give me the answer and just tells me to go onto the support website. Does anybody know how to fix this issue?

    Crosscheck with an other endpoint, at an other point of end. So if you cannot reproduce the fault at the other end, then take you computer there and that computer where now. If still the other computer works, whilst yours wont. There you go, but if here your computer would work, but the other not;

    Network config gone wrong, perhhaps an ip ban? But im saying its prolly your computer, not the cloud or the software. Also ask ai how to clear temp files and caches etc...
