Error while loading - Error retrieving function

When I created a function on Azure Functions, the function I had created disappeared after I reloaded the page (I had saved it). After that, when I tried to create the function again, an error message appeared saying "Error while loading - Error retrieving function."

I cleared my browser's cache and cookies then tried to create the function again, but the error persists.

@shohei_kobayashi Thanks for posting your question in Microsoft Q&A, apologize for any inconvenience caused on this.

This might happen due to various reasons I would suggest you try running the Function App Down or Reporting Errors built-in detector in Diagnose and solve problems of your function app to troubleshoot the issue.

Unfortunately, the manual has too many technical terms to understand; I even didn't get how to troubleshoot the issue.

I am experiencing same issue with Azure Functions. After creating and successfully running a function, it unexpectedly disappeared. Now, when attempting to create a new function within the Function App, I receive an "Error Retrieving Function" message. Standard troubleshooting steps such as clearing the cache and re-authenticating have been unsuccessful. I would appreciate if Microsoft Support or Venkatesh could provide detailed debugging steps, as the Function App Down status is not displaying any diagnostic information. The previous responses have been insufficient to resolve this technical issue and very vague.
