New Phone Authenticator Problems

I got a new phone, and do not have access to the old phone, and now cannot sign in to one of my accounts. Anytime I try to sign in it gives the message “enter the number in the Authenticator app” however my Authenticator app is not logged into the account. When trying to log into this account on the Authenticator it prompts me with the same message. How can I fix this?
