Authentication not verify

I installed authenticator

 

 

When I access the link , the number doesn’t show in the app and I can’t change to other sign in. 

Please advise me to change other sign in for Authentication.

    Bonjour,

    Si vous avez un autre moyen de double authentification, vous pouvez sélectionner "I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now" et suivre la procédure avec un autre moyen.
