I'm starting an Azure DevOps course as a beginner. It asks me to set up a new Azure organisation.
When I login (for the 'first time') and enter my hotmail address, it auto directs me via ABC login page to an existing Azure account with an old @x.org.au work email in the top right account settings, attached to an ABCportal.onmicrosoft directory. They are two unrelated other companies. I haven't had access to that email in 4 years, and at no point did I connect it (knowingly) to anything Azure or ABC. The other owners of that email/org are practically computer illiterate and would have no knowledge what Azure is. The only connection between the x.org.au and ABC is that when I worked for x.org.au, I was interviewed by ABC, 4 yrs ago.
I cannot remove or change the ABC directory. There's no option to delete it, and creating a new one only permits adding another from a list of pre-existing ABC sub-domains.
I cannot remove my x.org.au email, or delete myself from the account. There are no users in the user list. I don't have access to add new ones.
I cannot delete the subscription or un-invite myself from the directory. There are no Subscriptions in the list. I don't have access to add new ones.
I've wiped my browser and search history, cookies and caches, to try to avoid the website redirect from where I enter my hotmail email to where it logs me in to abcportal.onmicrosoft.com as org.au profile.
How do I remove my personal hotmail account from any reference to either of the unrelated companies... x.org.au login account or ABCportal.onmicrosoft directory?
