I have an app that is registered in Azure, and it appears to be multitenant.
When I upload my app package (ZIP) to the same tenant from which it was registered, it installs successfully via custom upload. However, when attempting to do the same in a different tenant, I receive a validation error: "WebApplicationInfoIdOfSideloadedAppMustBeInTheSameTenantAsUser."
I've already ensured that the app is set to multitenant. What further steps are needed to resolve this issue?

The error message "WebApplicationInfoIdOfSideloadedAppMustBeInTheSameTenantAsUser" indicates that thewebApplicationInfosection in yourmanifest.jsonfile is not correctly configured for multi-tenant use. Specifically, theidin thewebApplicationInfosection must match the Azure AD app registration's client ID and be properly set up for multi-tenant access.
Ensure that you test the updated app package in different tenants to verify that the issue is resolved. -

As you can see in the attached screenshot, the configuration appears to align with the documentation. Below is the relevant section from my manifest file containing the
webApplicationInfo:"webApplicationInfo": { "id": "MY APP REGISTRATION ID", "resource": "api://localhost:53000/botid-MY APP REGISTRATION ID" },Additionally, I have enabled my app for multitenant use. Despite following the guidelines, I am still encountering an error. Could you please guide me on what I might be missing or why the error persists if everything seems to be correctly configured?

As we discussed, I have reviewed the trace logs, and the issue does not appear to be related to the Entra ID app registration. The error is being triggered when you attempt to upload a file in Microsoft Teams, which is not being accepted.
