Merge my pearson account

I had given Azure 900 fundamental exam , due to multiple account with same name , email and contact no, when I logged in into my profile I dont see any certificate.

Please assist

    Bonjour,

    Il vous faut retrouver l’adresse mail du compte que vous avez utilisé pour passer la certification.

    Seulement, vous êtes la seule à pouvoir le retrouver.

    Une fois retrouvé, on pourra vous aider à réinitialiser votre mot de passe si besoin.
