sfc /scannow said it was unable to repair Group Policy Client files, and Group Policy options to stop are grayed out

So my short journey started when I found I was getting kicked often from a WW2 game on steam called Hell Let Loose with a simple error that says, "authentication failed."

A dev of the game on a Steam forum replied to someone with a similar problem, saying they should open up their imbedded Easy Anti-Cheat program and hit the 'repair' button. However my problems continued here because upon trying to open the program, the EAC window closed immediately.

Then i remembered seeing a reddit post about doing sfc /scannow in the console to check computer health, which I did.

Then in the admin command window it said that there were errors that could not be fixed, and to go find the log.

The log was massive and confusing, but I found a microsoft forum where the response to sort the error log was to input a new command:

findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt"

So I did, (while leaving out the successful verifications in my copy/paste) getting this new sorted log file below:

So now I know I got a problem, I just don't know what it is, so I go back to google to try and fix my "Group Policy Client,"

Google AI (and the following websites under the initial search) gave this response to begin the process:

Open Services console: Press Windows key + R, type "services.msc" and press Enter.

  1. Locate Group Policy Client: Find "Group Policy Client" in the list of services.
  2. Stop the service: Right-click on "Group Policy Client" and select "Stop

However, upon going to the services page and scrolling down to the Group Policy Client, and right clicking on it (or double clicking) The options: "Start, stop, pause, resume, and restart" are all grayed out.

So I downloaded Hitman antivirus to see if a virus was getting in the way, and it ended up deleting seventeen things, "Restoro" being eight of them, the rest are long strings of numbers and letters, and hitman told me I needed to restart to get rid of them all, so I did.

As it goes with this problem, it continues, because upon restarting the computer I still cannot interact with Group Policy Client, and I cant find anywhere on Microsoft's website to redownload those files.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. I'm willing to share and any all logs and such.
I'm running:

Windows 10
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz, 3600 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 2804, 4/15/2020

Also, if anyone can help me understand what the following means for device encryption support on system information:

Device Encryption Support Reasons for failed automatic device encryption: TPM is not usable, PCR7 binding is not supported, Hardware Security Test Interface failed and device is not Modern Standby, Un-allowed DMA capable bus/device(s) detected, TPM is not usable

Again, any help would be greatly apprecaited
