Not able to reschedule exam, Even after confirmation from Proctor

Hi Team,

Today my exam was scheduled and i provided Driving license as suggested. Proctor ask me to upload another id and I provided Aadhar card. He said paper ids are not acceptable and I will get option to reschedule the exam. Also I got call from him that I will get pop up to reschedule the exam.

But when i connected with pearson-vue they said I need to pay again and register for new exam.

Please help me with rescheduling of exam and Next time I will keep PAN card or Passport with me.
