iPad 7th generation

Hello - I have an iPad 7th generation. The windows app (formerly Remote Desktop) now works very slowly when i log in remotely to my office desktop. The previous app Remote Desktop on my iPad 6th generation worked much quicker. Please advise. Thanks.

    Hello,

    You can check the network connection if it is different. If it is the same, you can check the connection at this time.

    You can check that your Ipad is up to date and that the Remote Desktop application is up to date.

    You can restart the iPad.

    Otherwise, you can try using another remote desktop app (e.g. TeamViewer or AnyDesk) to check if the problem is app specific.
