How do I get in touch with Azure Support?

I opened two requests on Friday, both assigned C severity, one was answered on Saturday and I'm still waiting on the other one. I purchased a reservation for Azure MySQL Flexible that I can't use because apparently I have to request a quota. The ticket for quota request hasn't seen any action yet...

Is there a way to get assigned an account manager? Is there any way to reach Azure Support via phone? What are my options to get this ticket solved. It seems SLA of an answer in < 8 hours has already been exceeded.

    As long as you have the appropriate support plan, you should be able to reach support via phone

    You can get assigned an account manager for Azure support by purchasing a Microsoft Azure Support Plan that includes Advanced Support or Premier Support. These higher-tier plans offer personalized services, including dedicated account managers who help manage your Azure environment, provide technical guidance, and assist with proactive services. To request an account manager, you can contact Microsoft Azure Support through the Azure Portal or reach out to your Microsoft account representative if you have an existing enterprise agreement..
