How can fix login error by Microsoft Authenticator app

Regarding "******@kovacmed103.onmicrosoft.com" account,
When I entered the 2 digits of the code that came from the first login with password by approval of the request for the Microsoft Authenticator app , an error message was appeared that "Your code did not work" and then try again.
Please let us know how the error could be solved.
