Bonjour

J'ai sur un serveur 2019 des difficultés a me connecter parfois ou encore des latences assez importantes de façons irrégulières

La consommation de ressources du serveur sont infimes 7% du processeur et 5% de la RAM

Je me connecte en RDS

en regardant sur les évènements je ne vois que ceci de façons assez régulière venant de

MS Windows -TerminalServices- ClientActiveXCore

Nom du composant :CAAUDPClientChannel, :: 'Not creating channel due to user canceled' in CAAUDPClientChannel::OnReceiveDataComplete at 1831 err=[0x0], Code d’erreur :0x0

ou encore

CClientProxyTransport, :: 'Gateway Error' in CClientProxyTransport::SetErrorStatus at 2853 err=[0x800759df], Code d’erreur :0x800759DF

    To further troubleshoot this issue, please kindly try below steps:

    1.Check network configuration and ensure that it's stable without any interruption.

    2.Update network drivers on both of RDS client and server and see if it helps.

    3.Check RDS configuration and verify that if RDS setup is correctly configured.

    4.Check if there's any insight in event viewer logs.

    5.Restart RDS services and give another try.
