How do I access Facebook if I don't have access to the authenticator key?

Some time ago I changed my cell phone and when I installed the authenticator my access codes were not there, for the Microsoft account it was easy to do the recovery, the problem is with social networks, specifically Facebook did not have another two-factor method, so every time I enter my email and password it asks me for the key of the authenticator to which I no longer have access, what can I do?
