The best mode of resolution for this, is reaching out to support which; you seem to already have. Just to confirm, did you reach out to foundershub support?

Can you also try the following steps please:
- Check that you don’t have another Microsoft account using the same information.
- Go to the Azure Portal and click the settings icon to switch directory as it may be redeemed in the wrong directory.
