    Hi Anand Gupta,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

It means Microsoft is reviewing your account to ensure compliance with Azure's terms of service. The issue can be related to various reasons, including suspicious activity, billing issues, location restrictions etc.

Microsoft Azure has different compliance requirements for other regions. The best solution is to contact Azure Support; Billing and subscription management support are available for all customers.

With Azure support, you can ask about the status of your account and find out what can be done to resolve your issue.

    Hi,

I faced the same issue, and it was resolved by deleting the Microsoft Entra Tenant that did not comply with Azure's requirements due to the original tenant's creation location.
Here is instruction for deleting tenant: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/users/directory-delete-howto
