i have complted the signup process for free trail by completing the payment but my account was not activated.

It was showing you are eligible for free trail, while I had completed my payment, account was not showing any subscription available.

From the screenshot I see the subscriptions are not listed under default directory.
First thing, please ensure you have logged in with the same email address that was used to sign up for Azure free trial account.
Secondly, try to switch the directory and see if you able to find the subscription.
If these steps don't help, try to clear cache, cookies, and browsing history or switch to an In-Pvt Mode/In-Cognito Mode and see if that helps.
