SCCM application settings grey out

Hi Team,

We are using SCCM 2309 version. From today application option are grey out and couldn't able to create the new collection . We have rolled back the installed patches on the server. Looking forward for expert suggestion to fix this issue

    Once you create a deployment you can't change its collection targeted or purpose. You will need to create a second deployment, instead of trying to reusing an existing one.

    May we know how do you create the 7 zip application? If possible, we can create a new 7 zip application with your source file and deploy it to your collection. Then see if it works well.
