USMT - Profiles with folder redirection

Hello Everyone,

We have number of users using VDI with folder redirection. So their Desktop/Documents/Downloads/Music is stored on network share.

Now we are issuing them with laptops and would like to migrate their data to their local laptop.

Can USMT capture redirected folders data ? or any better suggestions?

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for posting here.

    USMT captures user accounts, user files, operating system settings, and application settings, and then migrates them to a new Windows installation. According to the below discussions, it seems that USMT will also capture redirected folders.
