been over a year and still crackling audio on every PC around the world. Anyone who attempts to quiz you on this gets shut down or ignored. and blamed on drivers or faulty hardware What is going on?
Your own technicians are clueless. Mainly as most of them can barely reinstall a Realtek driver when taking over your PC.
7061208668 that ticket was abysmal. and forced closed even the feedback screen when he couldnt fix my issue which I explained It was impossible too.

and here is my post on Microsoft learn that has been left ignored for weeks.
If your going to try and please "fix my issue" please read the original post in the link above. £1500+ has been spent on advice of your technicians to fix the issue.
If this receives to replies il have to take this a step further.

I also searched for the Feedback Hub and found several users upvote and comment on that post and all the other posts about this issue (just press the Windows key + F on your Windows machine to open Feedback Hub, then look up "tags" and you should find them).
As mentioned above, due to the limited resource, it is recommended to contact Microsoft Premier Support to direct to the product team more effectively. Support channel: Contact Us - Microsoft Support. Thanks a lot for your understanding.
