Operation Master is offline error

Question

I have 4 Domain Controllers in production and the FSmo roles are distributed. (RID, Schema, Infrastructure and PDC). I am currently getting the error operation master is offline from the other DCs , that is not holding the role. But the Error did not show on the DC holding the role. How to i resolve this. I have checked , all required ports are opened and ping is successfull
