I uninstalled first two of Microsoft Visual C++ does it gonna make any programs problem or error!? if does then how can I get them back?? need answer hurry.. sorry for botherd I .

You can use the link I posted to download the ones you need (C++ 2008 -- 2019), then run the setup to install them.

If you have them installed then some application likely installed it and depends on them so uninstalling may break that application.
