- Please ensure the connection between Intune and the managed google play store is working fine, you can try other enrollment methods to verify whether the connection is working fine.
2.Is there any other type of policy assigned to this device, such as conditional access policy, application protection policy?
3.Try to delete the device record both in Intune and Microsoft Entra portal and factory reset the device then re-enroll again to see if it can work.
4.Did this situation happen on one device or all devices? Which is the version of these affected android devices?
