How to download Microsoft authenticator when setup a new mobile device

We have company fully managed mobile devices and normally just need to scan the qr code for a new device to be enrolled by simply going through the process. It automatically downloads the intune and Microsoft authenticator apps and then register the device and downloads other assigned apps. But somehow, since last Thursday, the intune and authenticator apps couldn't be downloaded to allow device registration. It asks to download the authenticator app first as part of the policy, but googleplay store won't allow the action as part of the policy, and I can't find a way around it. I tried to change the user profile to reregisteration or evoke authentication. None worked . I wonder if anyone have any idea how to resolve this?

    To clarify the issue, here are some information need to be confirmed.

    1. Please ensure the connection between Intune and the managed google play store is working fine, you can try other enrollment methods to verify whether the connection is working fine.

    2.Is there any other type of policy assigned to this device, such as conditional access policy, application protection policy?

    3.Try to delete the device record both in Intune and Microsoft Entra portal and factory reset the device then re-enroll again to see if it can work.

    4.Did this situation happen on one device or all devices? Which is the version of these affected android devices?
