How to get the certificate in the platform. I have completed the module for basic of the GitHub but I didn't receive any certificate for complete the module

We would like to clarify that module Introduction to GitHub is intended to give an introduction to the concepts and does not entail a certificate after completion. It paves way for more advanced topics in the subject:

The achievements can be viewed in your Learn profile. There are many Azure certifications that include GitHub such as AZ-400, AZ-204, etc.,
