Developer Sandbox: I was told I needed VSC Pro, now I am hearing I need Enterprise? What do I do.

Hi, I just bought the VSC pro subscription because Microsofts dev blog says that that is the requirement but I am still not "eligible" for the sandbox. I am working on a project but now I can't get in touch with anyone regarding this, and I found other answers from Microsoft saying you need a VSC enterprise account... What do I do, who can I get in touch with? I am also now concerned that I just bought the pro subscription based on false info for nothing and going to have to buy another subscription?!
Help would be greatly appreciated.
