he portal is having issues getting an authentication token. The experience rendered may be degraded. Additional information from the call to get a token: Extension: Microsoft_Azure_Support Resource: self Details: AADSTS50020: User account '{EmailHidden}' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Scoop Digital' and cannot access the application 'c44b4083-3bb0-49c1-b47d-974e53cbdf3c'(Azure Portal) in that tenant. Hello Osh B,

    Thanks for your question.

This error usually occurs when you sign in using your personal account which is not added as an guest user to an Entra tenant.

Ask the Scoop Digital admin to add you then proceed to sign in with a private tab

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/external-identities/add-users-administrator#add-guest-users-to-the-directory.

If the above does not resolve you can further go through the steps here:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/entra/entra-id/app-integration/error-code-AADSTS50020-user-account-identity-provider-does-not-exist

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Regards,

    Abiola
