Facing problem while trying to create an Azure free account

Question

Hello,

I'm trying to create an Azure free account, but I'm not able to create the account as Mobile verification (both SMS and Call) not working. It's show me the following error "We’re unable to validate your phone number, Phone validation is required to confirm your identity and complete signup.". I've tried different format of my mobile number like 016153 and 161535 and I also tried my second number 017*****335 but none of these works.

 

I've also tried " Identity verification by card" but this option not clickable (I've tried different browsers and incognito mode) but none of these works.

 

Please help me to create an Azure free account. I want to explore Azure services.

For customized support with your problem, you can contact customer support in your country or region. To get targeted assistance, please submit a subscription ticket to our support team. You can create a (free) support request with the Azure subscription support team by selecting Subscription Management as the issue type.
