How do I manage the five letter account name Windows created during installation

The net user command lists as the Administrator DefaultAccount the five letter name Windows gave to my folder. However, Accounts in the Settings panel correctly shows my full name and my email address as my Administrator account; but the five letter account does not show in the Accounts panel.

How do I manage the five letter account name? How do I assign it a password?

I am using Windows 11 Home Edition Version 24H2

Thanks

    Found a solution.

Change the way you login into your computer, set it to login using a local account and set the password to the local account. The five letter name the installation process created is the local account.
