Hi,I had previously used my mom’s phone to set up Microsoft authenticator for my college’s website.As I have my own smartphone device now,I want to switch the Microsoft authenticator account to my device.
In the process of trying to do it,I logged off from my mom’s device and I also cannot register through my device.
Whenever I try to access my college’s website, it keeps asking me for the verification code but as I have logged off from the device I used to set up Microsoft authenticator, I do not receive any code anymore
Could you please help me as it is very important for me to access my college’s website.
