Hello.

I passed my AZ-900 certificate on 1/3/2025 but I don't see from where to download and print it.

Please help me.

Thanks.

Hello Isaac Rusangiza, Please go to your MS Learn profile and click the "Credentials" tab and make sure to select "View all certifications" option. Now, you'll be able to see all the certifications that you have cleared. Look for the certification for which you're trying to download the certificate and select the "View certification details" option present immediately below that certification. This will open up your certification that you can share, print etc. User's image

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

To access your Certifications, please follow the steps below:

    1. Please visit Microsoft Learn.
    2. Sign in with the personal Microsoft account (MSA) associated with your Learn profile.
    3. Click on your user icon, located at the upper right corner of the screen, and select "Profile."
    4. Select "Credentials" in the navigation menu, on the left side of the screen, then select "Certifications."
    5. To download your Certificates, select "View certification details" under a Certificate, then click "Print certificate."
    6. From the printer drop-down menu, select "Save to PDF" to save a copy of your Certification.

I hope the information above is helpful.

    Best regards

    Zunhui
