I would like to know more about the resources of Azure, however I did not get approval to continue enjoying the benefits of Pather Startup Microsoft, I believe that due to lack of knowledge, I would like to know how I can recover these benefits.

I do understand the disappointment you feel once you get stuck in between, while being very eager to join the Microsoft for Startups Program and how annoying it can be at the same time. A large percentage of startups come across similar issues, so don’t worry you’re not by yourself here!

In case you have not applied and there is an outreach option available I would suggest doing this is reaching out to the microsoft for startups team directly. They tend to be helpful and can provide insight into the current stage of processes and if you are waiting for some response from them. Furthermore, always check requirements for eligibility as they can be simple one off changes that only require some adjustment.

And if you have any doubts regarding azure or anything in that area make sure to ask the Microsoft support who are ready to solve any of your issues.

All these are steps in the right direction, and to tell you the truth, many companies have been in your place before. You have this! And if I can assist you in determining how to contact them or any other tasks please feel free to reach out as I would love to assist you. 😊

    Hi Cid Alves Ferreira Junior,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

To recover your benefits with the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, including activating your Azure credits within 90 days, you are welcome to reapply when you're ready to build. For assistance with reapplying, you can contact support at Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub.

Please ensure you have successfully completed both domain and business verification, as these are required to access additional credits. If you encounter issues with verification, we recommend escalating them to the Microsoft for Startups team, including your contact information, to facilitate the resolution process.

Once reapproved, remember to activate your Azure credits and other benefits by the deadline displayed on your Founders Hub home page. If you currently have credits from another program, it’s advisable to use those first before activating your Founders Hub credits.

If you wish to extend the expiry date of your Azure credits, you can do so by advancing to the next level in the program. For example, moving from level 2 to level 3 will grant you additional credits and extended time to utilize them.

Please go through the following document: Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub Benefits

Please reach out to us if you have any other queries.

If the information is helpful, please Accept Answer & Upvote so that it would be helpful to other community members.
