"I am facing a huge problem and cannot access my work email. I changed my phone and, although I did a backup via iTunes, for some reason, it didn't save the MSA backup. As a result, when I try to log in to my email, I get a message saying I need to enter the XX code in the MSA, but the MSA is not showing or working. I urgently need your assistance."
