I have been trying to reach support regarding my Azure sponsorship and account billing, but am unable to find a path that allows me to create a ticket (including using methods suggested by others here in the past). Is there a new way to successfully create a ticket or reach help from a human?

If you are facing issue to creating a support ticket for your Azure sponsorship and account billing issues, follow with below steps: 1.Sign-in into azure portal. 2.Navigate to help + support page. 3.Click on create a support ticket. 4.Choose issue type as a billing. 5.For subscription select azure sponsorship. 6.Fill the summary related to Azure sponsorship. 7. Select the problem statement. 8.In the contact information tab, provide your contact information and select the preferred method of contact. 9.Click on the "Create" button to submit the support request. Thank you for your help. Unfortunately, when I complete Step 5, I am not given any options to proceed to a Step 6. I select Azure sponsorship but the "next" button is greyed out. I only receive suggestions for self-help troubleshooting below that. Is there another way forward? Thank you!

Thanks for replying back! Please try with below steps:

Login into azure portal search help + support.

Click on Support ticket.

3.Describe the issue and click on go.
4. Select service that facing issue

5.Click on next.
6.Click on create support ticket, please fill the details and click on next

7.After click on next button page will appears like this need to click on support request.

8.Click in next

9.Need to fill Problem date and issue. click in next

Final need to review and click on create
