Hi @Kurt Stichelmans
Welcome to our forum!
Based on your description, it appears that the shared mailbox view settings are different for both users.
Typically, the display view settings for shared mailboxes in Outlook are local to each user profile. This means that changes made to a view by one user, such as folder order or item count settings, do not automatically affect other users. Each user can customize their view independently.
Therefore, in your case, User B's adjustments to the folder order and display settings do not affect User A's shared mailbox view, and vice versa.
However, the settings should be consistent for each user, unless for some reason causes them to reset or restore, which may be related to user profiles, caching, or session management.
Ensure that the Outlook profiles for both users are configured correctly, and that any Group Policies or scripts running on the server do not inadvertently change their settings.
