Install error - 0xc1900200

I got a new laptop HP PROBOOK from my company and it came with Windows 11 already, it was updating normally till I face the error Install error - 0xc1900200 telling it's not meet the minimum requirements for windows 11 while it's working with Windows 11 already.

could you please guide me in that matter. Thanks

    Although your laptop is already running Windows 11, double-check that it meets the updated requirements for the specific version of Windows 11 you're trying to install.

    Check TPM and Secure Boot:

    • Press Win + R, type tpm.msc, and press Enter.
      • Ensure TPM 2.0 is enabled and working.
        • Restart your laptop and check BIOS settings for Secure Boot. Ensure it is enabled.
    • Check System Requirements:
      • Go to Settings > System > About and verify the system specifications (CPU, RAM, disk space).
