Azure SQL Database General purpose tier vs Hyperscale tier ?

Hi Team,

I am using Azure SQL DB in General purpose tier and its charging arounf 16000 INR for one core but if i switch tier Hyperscale i have to pay 4000 INR less but hows that make possible as in can see underlying hardware mentioned is same like processor of cpu.

Am Making this assumation for shifting db -

• We are using General Pupose series without zone Redundancy, keeping same we will use Single Primay Replica in Hyper Scale Pricing Tier.* We are using General Pupose series without zone Redundancy, keeping same we will use Single Primay Replica in Hyper Scale Pricing Tier.* Storage cost is more in Hyper Scale Tier (INR 23 compared to 10.91 of General Purpose), but due to low compute cost it is still cheaper than General purpose as you can see we can save INR 7245/ Month.if any boday can hep with me in that i should proceed or not to save cost, is there drawback.
