Users of Teams getting CAA2000B

Several user of Teams within the organisation I support are getting message that they need to sign up. Their accounts used to work and have not changed. It is unlikely to be an internet access issue, as not everyone is working from the office. They can use Teams, but the annoying messages pop in/up.

I tried to follow [https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/2136311/unable-to-log-in-to-teams-in-my-organization-(erro](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/2136311/unable-to-log-in-to-teams-in-my-organization-(erro) which looks related, but there is no Microsoft Teams under All services, so I cannot follow the steps.

Please fix this issue, or point to accurate information on how to solve this.

FWIW I don't get any indication that something is wrong when I go to the Azure or the Billing site for these users/licenses.

Regards

    Hi @Anthon van der Neut

Does the same problem occur in the Teams web client?

If the issue occurs on both the Teams desktop and web client, the problem may be due to the subscription in the tenant being invalid, or the administrator disabling the application. Please try the following possible solutions:

    • Check the subscription status: Make sure your subscription is valid and has not expired. If the subscription has expired, you need to renew it.
    • Enable the application: In the Azure portal, log in with an administrator account and navigate to Azure Active Directory > Enterprise Applications > Microsoft Teams. Make sure the "Allow users to sign in" option is enabled. (Or turn it off and enable it again) User's image
    • Configure licenses: In the Microsoft 365 admin center, make sure that the license permissions for Teams have been assigned to the user. User's image
