How do I remove my primary solution provider?

We fired our primary solution provider because they were not delivering value. I didn't think they were part of our tenant but when I try to purchase licenses for products, it tells me to talk with them. The kicker is that the link provided doesn't even work. I don't see a way to remove them.

None of your help articles work. I literally want to give you money and am not able to do it. Very frustrating. Please help.
