Issue: [Get data > Web] is greyed out and could not be selected on my home PC, nor the company PC. See below for details.

Add a new table to your report

In this task, you’ll add a new table because the semantic model doesn’t have all of the data you need.

In Power BI Desktop, navigate to Get data > Web to add the new data.

Thank you for your suggestions.I have installed the latest version of Power BI, and the privacy settings have been changed from 'Combine data according to each file's Privacy Level settings' to 'Always ignore Privacy Level settings.'

I am using my home PC with no firewall restrictions.

I attempted the 'Get Data > Web' option again, but it is still grayed out.

I also tried the Query Editor (Home > Transform Data > New Source > Web); however, the 'Home > Transform Data > Transform Data' option is also grayed out

Any other suggestions?

We tested on our end, and everything is working fine. Kindly refer to the screenshot below for reference. User's image To resolve the "Get Data > Web" issue, please ensure you're using the latest version of Power BI, check privacy settings under File > Options > Privacy, and verify with your IT team if network or firewall restrictions are blocking web access. You can also try adding the data through Power Query Editor (Home > Transform Data > New Source > Web) or reinstall Power BI if the issue persists.
