Audio issue with windows 11 (23H2)
Some of our Windows 11 devices (version 23H2) are suddenly experiencing audio issues. The system shows "No audio devices found," and there are no audio input or output devices listed in Device Manager. Upgrading to version 24H2 is not an option as it causes issues with WSL2 on these devices.
We’ve attempted multiple fixes, including downloading and installing drivers from the vendor's page for the specific models, but the drivers fail to install. Any assistance or suggestions to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.
I found lots of users have same issue. There is one user responded he downloaded a driver update program to fix the issue:
“I downloaded a driver update program that "found" the internal speakers, and downloaded what they needed to "be" speakers again. (IOBIT Advanced System Care, Driver Booster Pgm)”
Windows 11, "no audio devices found" both input and output. What - Microsoft Community
And it also includes other common steps you can try to resolve the issue.
I hope the information above is helpful.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.
